I partner with senior leaders and executive teams navigating complexity, change and cross‑boundary challenges. My work is grounded in deep experience across public service and the private sector, combining strategic insight with practical facilitation to help leaders think differently, act collectively and deliver lasting outcomes.

These services are flexible and can be delivered as standalone engagements or as part of a longer‑term partnership.

Group Facilitation

Purposeful, expertly facilitated sessions that enable leaders to think systemically, surface what really matters and make confident decisions together.

As an experienced system leader and experienced facilitator I combine direct experience with deep and effective skills in facilitation. During my tenure as a CEO I facilitated many groups of academy trust CEOs and executives, supporting them to shape their thinking and practice.

Workshops & Development Days

High‑impact workshops and development days on a range of relevant topics, tailored to the real challenges leaders are facing in an ever-changing world.

Sessions are practical, engaging and evidence‑informed, supporting leaders to:

As a former CEO of a national membership organisation and experienced senior leader across sectors, I have led work with CEOs, executives and senior leaders to enable the development in a range of critical strategic areas. This has included delivering dedicated online and in-person development sessions and delivering commissioned consultancy work with trusts.

I have written and contributed to multiple leadership papers, thinkpieces and media articles for education during my tenure as a CEO and I have written extensively over the course of my career on leadership and people related topics ranging from equality, diversity and inclusion, effective people strategy and workforce development, succession planning, leadership development, system leadership and more.

I am an ILM qualified coach with a degree in Psychology. As a CEO, I have coached and mentored academy trust executive leaders in a wide range of contexts and as a line manager spanning 20+ years, I have led a range of teams of varying sizes and diversity (often employing coaching and mentoring approached within this). In my role in the Civil Service, I successfully coached and managed over 50 early career leaders looking to fast track to senior leader roles within 3 years.
